- To establish a specialized international standard urology hospital of 100 beds of 5 storied building with 1 basement and 14 storied foundations. In future, gradually it will be a hospital of 500 beds and post graduate institute of urology;

- To provide all investigation facilities such as pathology, X-Ray, Urodynamic Study, Ultra sonogram, C.T. Scan, MRI Scan, Nuclear Studying etc for urology patients;
- To create facilities for education & training in urology for the medical professionals leading to a post graduate Institute of Urology with all super specialties of Urology
- To create facilities for research in the field of all sub specialty of urology and kidney transplantation;
- To provide 30% free medical services for poor urology patients.
- To create an Uro Oncology center to provide the evaluation management, treatment and prevention of all Genito Urinary cancer. This center may have Department of Kidney cancer, Department of Bladder cancer Department of Prostate cancer etc. This center will be the competent center for awareness, education training and research related to all Genito Urinary cancer.
- This foundation may create a center for Stone disease which may take care of Urinary stone evaluation management and it’s Prevention. This center will be the competent center for awareness education training and research related to Urinary stone disease
- An advanced center of Pediatric Urology may be created by the foundation to promote the evaluation management anprevention of the Urinary tract diseases of the children. This center will be the competent center for creating awareness, education, training and research related Pediatric Urology
- This foundation will be able to create an tertiary center for sexual medicine which may take care of the patients with ED and Infirtility patients and it prevention. This center will be the competent center for awareness, education training and research related to sexual dysfunction.
- This foundation may create a center for Reconstructive Urology which may take care of upper tract and Lower tract abnormalities like congenital anomalis and structural defect caused by inflammatory disease like urethral stricture, evaluation management and its Prevention. This center will be the competent center for awareness education training and research related to GU disease which may need Reconstruction of GU tract.
- This foundation will be able to create a tertiary center for renal Transplantation which may take care of the renal failure patients and it prevention. This center will be the competent center for awareness, education training and research related to Chronic Kidney disease and Renal transplantation
- This foundation will be able to create a tertiary center for Female Urology and Incontinence which may take care of the incontinent patients and it prevention. This center will be the competent center for awareness, education training and research related to incontinence for both male and female
- This foundation will be able to create a skill lab and animal experiment center for experimenting, observing and doing research on challenging problems of urogenital tract. This center may provide opportunities for learning the art of advanced laparoscopic, percutaneous techniques, Endoscopic and Robotic Surgical through dry lab and wet lab. This center will be the competent center for education training and research related advanced skill related to urology.
